Cakes - Always a fresh selection in our display case . . . but you can have your cake made to order! Chocolate, Mocha, Vanilla, Black Forest, Fruit & Cream, and Cheesecake. We also bake flaky croissants and puff pastry sausage rolls—or take home a box of frozen sausage rolls to bake at home!

Cookies - These homemade cookies will whisk you back to grandma’s kitchen! Anna’s Ginger Snaps, Chocolate Shortbread, Old-Fashioned Sugar Cookies, and our famous Chilliwack Coconut Loonies.

Baking Supplies - We encourage questions about baking, and invite you to bake your own quality bread with our sourdough starter. We offer a variety of baking supplies. . . and the list keeps growing: Almond, Dark Rye and Spelt Flour; Gluten-Free Flour; Stone-Ground Whole Wheat Flour; Organic Buck Wheat and Baking Flour; Unsweetened Coconut; Sea Salt Caramel; Chocolate Chips and Rocks; Coarse Sugar; Real Vanilla Beans; Panko, Graham and Bread Crumbs.
