Our updated line of interactive, ipod compatible cardio equipment is state-of-the-art and user-friendly. Go light or push yourself with a weight routine on our circuit equipment or in the complete free weight room. If you need the accountability of others or the accountability and encouragement of an aerobics instructor, participating in one of our many group fitness classes is a great fit for you.
